Our standard
LadyBugLoop is built to conform to WCAG 2.2 level AA, cross-checked against Israeli Standard ת"י 5568. This covers the dashboard you are reading now, the landing, privacy and terms pages, and the report widget that runs inside a customer's app.
Current status
We audit the product against this standard and fix what we find. Known issues that are not yet fixed are tracked as public issues in our repository and prioritized by severity; none are hidden from this page.
What we have not fully verified
- A full screen-reader (NVDA/VoiceOver) read-through of every screen.
- Focus visibility when a fixed or sticky element overlaps a focused control.
- Reflow at 200% browser zoom (as opposed to a narrow viewport).
Reporting a barrier
If you find something you cannot use with a keyboard, a screen reader, or at low vision, write to support@ladybugloop.com and describe what happened and what you were trying to do. We will respond and aim to fix it.

התקן שלנו
LadyBugLoop נבנה כדי לעמוד ב-WCAG 2.2 ברמה AA, מוצלב מול תקן ישראלי ת"י 5568. זה כולל את הדשבורד שאתם קוראים כרגע, את דפי הנחיתה, הפרטיות והתנאים, ואת ווידג'ט הדיווח הפועל בתוך אפליקציה של לקוח.
מצב נוכחי
אנחנו בודקים את המוצר מול התקן הזה ומתקנים את מה שאנחנו מוצאים. בעיות ידועות שטרם תוקנו מתועדות כ-issues ציבוריים במאגר הקוד שלנו ומתועדפות לפי חומרה; אף אחת מהן אינה מוסתרת מהעמוד הזה.
מה שלא אימתנו במלואו
- מעבר מלא עם קורא מסך (NVDA/VoiceOver) על כל מסך.
- נראות פוקוס כאשר רכיב קבוע או דביק חופף לרכיב שבפוקוס.
- התאמת תצוגה בזום 200% בדפדפן (בשונה ממסך צר).
דיווח על מכשול
אם נתקלתם במשהו שאי אפשר להשתמש בו במקלדת, בקורא מסך, או בראייה חלשה, כתבו ל- support@ladybugloop.com ותארו מה קרה ומה ניסיתם לעשות. נגיב ונשאף לתקן.
